Post 16 look forward to embarking on an extended school programme which will enhance our weekly café, the programme will run for a number of weeks from November through to February.
The programme will work in partnership with professional chef and café Maya owner, Philip Barden.
Philip and a selection of students will work together to produce a range of healthy brunch options, which will further develop a range of skills that pupils are being taught currently through the class based programme of “Independent Living,” and “Occupational Food Studies,” being taught at SRC.
